As Rainmaker and Associate Broker, Thomas has 17 years experience on the Delmarva Peninsula selling residential, land, farms, and commercial property. With a proven track record in sales, averaging $9M a year and as a Luxury Home Specialist and Commercial Broker, Thomas' experience and expertise is what gets the job done. His personal philosophy is simple; He believes if he's not left you with an amazing experience, he hasn't done his job. He does not measure success through achievements or awards, but through the complete satisfaction and repeat of client's. Thomas' former professional life includes 20 years as a Superintendent of one of the largest military groups in Dover, and then 20 years as a Statewide Administrator for the state of Delaware. Both professions gave Thomas the disciplined approach he employs in his Real Estate practice. Thomas is licensed in both Delaware and Maryland.


Gary Lucks


As a Maryland licensed Realtor, Gary represents the Mid-Shore of Maryland; Talbot, Caroline, and Queen Anne's Counties. Gary's focus is on land estates, farms, and livestock and equestrian ranches. Having worked in the farm and ag industry for many years, Gary's extensive knowledge of what it takes to sell large parcels and farm operations far surpasses many in the industry. He also excels at residential sales and knows the nuances of the Eastern Shore and everything it has to offer.
